We operate tours rain or shine, provided road conditions are safe and the tour meets minimum participation requirements. We make every effort to operate as scheduled and appreciate your understanding that weather conditions and operational factors occasionally require adjustments.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Guests may cancel or reschedule their reservation without penalty up to 7 days prior to the scheduled tour date. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the tour date are generally not eligible for a refund. However, at the sole discretion of Old Stone City Trolley, guests may be offered the opportunity to transfer their reservation to a future tour date, subject to availability.
Reservations are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual by notifying us prior to the tour.
Tour Cancellations by Old Stone City Trolley
While uncommon, tours may be canceled due to:
- Severe weather or hazardous road conditions
- Mechanical issues affecting the trolley
- Insufficient tour participation
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If Old Stone City Trolley cancels a tour, guests will be offered the option to:
- Reschedule to another available tour date, or
- Receive a full refund of the purchase price paid.
Inclement Weather
Our tours operate in most weather conditions, including rain and light snow. In the event of severe weather, Old Stone City Trolley will make a determination regarding cancellation as early as possible and will post the cancellation on their social media platforms.
If weather conditions prevent you from traveling safely to your tour, please contact us at info@oldstonecitytrolley.com. While refunds cannot be guaranteed, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a future tour date.
Minimum Participation Requirement
Old Stone City Trolley requires a minimum of ten (10) paid participants. If the minimum participation level is not met, guests will be notified and offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
No-Shows
Guests who fail to arrive or arrive late for their scheduled tour departure will be considered a “no-show” and are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
